This may be the best time in our history to buy a home -
Rates - are once again hitting historical lows in the 4's on some loan programs.
Home Prices- with the amount of inventory and pricing this may be the best time to move up and take advantage of a lower price on a larger home, like the stock market home prices do change and pricing on homes are lower than they have been.
Government incentives - credits for first time home owners and now a tax credit if you have lived in your present home 5 years -
So look around do you need a new address in 2010 ? the question is no longer should we with everything that is going on NOW is the time to move !!!
