Planning For A Great 2010 - Selling Springfield Mo Real Estate
I've tried the past few weekends to stay home and plan our business for 2010. However, you know what
they say........plan to do something and the phones will ring and buyers will appear. And they have. It's been a record setting month.
December 2009 will be a year we'll never forget. Usually, the market slows, the office is vacant, realtors take vacations or move to new offices. Listing Springfield foreclosures and short sales has been productive for the entire office. Many of these new listings are a result of blogging here in Active Rain.
All I have been able to accomplish when it comes to setting new goals and planning for 2010, is I'm looking forward to a new agent (actually a previous team member) joining our team the first of the year. We are working straight through the holidays, trying to catch up and continue to market Springfield short sales. With him coming aboard, we might be able to take a few days off once in a while.
We're also searching for a few good full time realtors that want to join a positive, professional, real estate organization and fulfill their business goals selling Springfield Mo homes.

Congrats on a record setting December!! Sales have been brisk for me too this month, usually December is dead and January is the biggest month of the year. Maybe this fortells what January will be! Congratulations also on picking up a former team member -- I think 2010 is going to be a great year for RE/MAX Solutions!
