Such ratings always depend on how the questions are asked. Truth is, it's your local office and who owns it and how it's run that make all the difference. I've been with two KW offices and two Remax offices. I have a great broker/owner in my current Remax office. I had a great broker /owner in my first Remax office. Unfortunately he sold the business. No comment on the other two!
