Just got home the Roswell city counsel meeting where they finalized the new chicken raising ordiance. Sorry, condo owners you won’t be able to raise chickens. Any lot less than .3 acres can NOT have chickens. Three tenths to one acre can have 6 chickens. While one acre can have 12, two acres 24, three acres and over 36 maximum. Sorry NO rooster!

Well I guess you can just HAVE chickens. They were going to allow ONE rooster but crowing seems to be unacceptable.

Can you imagine being a neighbor of some one with a rooster? wouldn't be easy to sleep in on a weekend morning!
