Is your market activity picking up? We're in a strong seller's market here with many listings getting multiple offers.

Neat pic of the hobo on the top of the train....did you see The Polar Express? It reminded me of the hobo that was on the show and was drinking coffee on top of the train. I have an ongoing love affair with trains, especially the old fashioned kinds where hobos could still ride them.

I am a train buff; I love riding trains in Canada, I like trains in the US like Amtrak, and i hear the trains in Argentina are a magnificent trip as well.
