The Official Neck Exercise... Another Exercise That Will Make You Feel Good!!!
Did you try it, how did it feel? Keep it handy, you may want to do this little exercise several times a day. It only take a few seconds, but if you read it a couple of times it may take a little longer but ohhhhhhh it feels so good.
Guess the next step is to work on those abs... back to midnight TV, they always have the answers.

Hey Cunningham Crew ..... that was cute. I was on the phone while reading and doing the neck exercise, so it added another level of complexity to the exercise. I will have to remember to do it again in about 10 minutes :0)

OK guys, I did a bit of neck exercise. You now need to have one new neck exercise post everyday to ensure that we do it everyday, eh?
