Is Your EGO Bigger Than Your Production?

We've all seen them, met them & maybe even worked side by side with them. They are in every real estate market in the country. Those Real Estate agents we all strive to be when we are new in this business. The agents that seemingly do business just by breathing. Sometimes, in spite of themselves!

I only have one WARNING for all the agents out there that want to BE THEM!

Don't let your EGO become LARGER than your PRODUCTION!

And when you get to that beautiful place in your career where business comes easy & referrals flow like wine... Remember to reach out and offer a helping hand or words of wisdom to someone who WAS YOU and is ASPIRING to BE YOU!

Great words of advice. The day when "business comes easy," when that happens.... well, we all say that! Thanks.

I also want to add "don't let outward appearances fool you." Things are not always what they seem. The folks that look extremely successful may not be successful at all and vice versa. It's important that we all find our own comfort level and then devise a plan to get there.
