Jeff,

I just referred a client to a Destin agent and they just closed on a condo. At the destin pelican beach resort, the prices hit bottom about 3 months ago and are headed back up. What about the majority of the newer condos there in Panama City. Have you found the bottom yet?

Mike, some of our condo buildings are flirting with the bottom but most still have some way to go.
