Lori, thanks for reblogging this article, I missed it first time around. I am going to reblog it myself, it is good information and may help sellers deal with our current market.
My grandfather was one of the original La Quinta Hotel investors over sixty years ago when La Quinta was not much but a few tracks of single families. I seem to remember there was not much around the hotel in those days.
A couple of months ago we spent the weekend at the hotel after not visiting La Quinta for about fifty years. WOW the place has really exploded.
