It is amazing how effective these plans are.  Many agents do not take the time to do this and it shows.  I am heading off for two days to do map out my strategy.  It works!

Marc - I've been looking over some material to present to our agents this week and I'll be asking them many of these same questions.  It's an interesting market we're faced with, isn't it?  I certainly think that having a plan to work from will give us all a leg up over the competition - as they say - if you don't know where you're going any road will take you there.
