My girls and I just discovered the secret little gem (MT LEMMON) this summer! How lucky you are to live at the base of it. In 45 min you can get to 30 degree cooler weather! I am jealous up here in Chandler
That's terrific Gabrielle. I saw Lance and had a chance to ride with him many years ago in Hobe Sound when he was recovering from cancer. A great guy!

My brother in Oro Valley just called me last night talking about all the Lance sightings. More than that though, he was just riding at one of his favorites too, Mt. Lemmon, and a mountain lion crossed the road just in front of him and another rider. Of course he's come across bear in NC, but this pretty amazing. If we ever leave the beautiful green mountains of NC we're headed to AZ!
He is an amazing athlete, Gabrielle. Glad you could get a couple of quick views of him riding around your side to Tucson!
