People want to be around people who lift them up, not bring them down.
Some people struggle with balance and their new found confidence. Remember, there is a fine line between self-confidence and cockiness; and being self assured and just plain arrogant. But, don't' worry. If you wander into the nether regions of cockiness or arrogance, it won't be long before someone or something will bring you back into reality!
