Prince William Real Estate Report for November 2009 Home Sales in Prince William Virginia Still Saw Homes Sold Drop of 20% Compared to Same Sale Period November 2005, and a 22.04% Decrease Over Last Year! Prince William Virginia Homes Price Average of Homes Sold is Still moving higher to an average sales price of $ 251,615 which is a 13.59 % increase over last November's average sales price of $221,504. Much lower inventory and low mortgage rates are pushing the increase of price. There are also less foreclosures and bank owned properties than a year ago. Personally, I would have assumed the the homes sold increased because of the tax credit, but that is not the case.
