Today I was talking to an agent and they had never heard of this. A few weeks ago an agent asked me how do people get up there on those maps. :)

Google Local Business Maps-I'm in love...

My name is uncommon but it has over 5,450,000 searches on the search term Midori and guess what I am on the first page of google....before Wikepedia, before the porn star...before the secret computer operating system..this little real estate trainer...did what all real estate agents should be doing and setting up a Google Local Business Map. See for yourself and you decide if it is worth the five minutes to set it up.
