About the real estate market today, Gary Keller (the Keller of Keller-Williams) said at a meeting not long ago, "I am not going to say you are in a good situation...you are in a tough spot."
Possibly, maybe, could "tough spots" really be challenges and/or blessings in disguise?
Keller wonders how folks really can get into telling what makes their " tough spot" tougher than someone else's . And Keller is NOT one of the complainers.
He has experienced the ups and downs in the real estate market before. He has weathered those storms. As a result, he can offer path-lights to illuminate a reliable way when shifts occur. I like the challenge, how about you? I like the idea that, as Keller puts it, " ...you can't monkey around..." For me two important points he makes are:
1) "You have to act your WAGE." 2) "You have to live the calendar and the focus of a high achiever"
As a professional who sees my role as a person who provides objective fiduciary counsel, I know that these two points work. ..and thriving in any real estate market can be the much desired outcome.
