AYSO 214 South Pasadena/San Marino Region prepares for the 4th of July parade

Young and old came out on a hot, sweltering day to put our best foot or should I say tractor forward and represent our wonderful AYSO Region in the San Marino Parade.

The kids were gathering strength and preparing rolling huge soccer balls from Monterey Road and Huntington all the way to Lacy Park. They each had to practice this amazing feat while balancing the STAR mylar baloon in their hands.

Adults were ensuring the float (our working tractor) was beautifully decorated and were warming up for the trek ahead.

Enthusiasm was in the air! Happy Independence Day America from San Marino/South Pasadena AYSO Region 214!

AYSO is a good thing. Wife's son has been in it since 1st grade. Now that he's moved from Brentwood, he's playing here starting in August. Thanks again for all of your nice comments. Also added Paul Cheny as associate, and in so doing said that he came to our attention via nice things you said. It's hot up here today.
