First, I would like to wish everyone Merry Christmas and a Prosperous Happy New Year!!! As we approach the Holidays, it is very important to remember the following. We still have time to get listings and make sells before Christmas. As I have said before, doing the same thing will only give you the same results. Look back at your business and ask yourself. Did you accomplish your goals for the year? Did you set goals? Have you set new goals for the New Year!!! As Real Estate Professionals, it is important to have self-discipline to set goals and make ourselves work each day! How many hours do we spend really working? Do we have the proper tools? For example, if you were to hire a Carpenter to come to your house to finish your basement. When the Carpenter arrived, they asked you if you could lend them your hammer, ladder, nail gun, and etc. What would you think of this carpenter? We are in the only field that does not provide proper trainning. That is why we have to look for it on our own. Imagine if a pilot had to take a test, and get his/her license, without any hours of flying. How well would he/her fly the plane? Or, if a doctor started operating right after finishing college. Just some thought. Again, Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!!! For a better year remember to plan, and do something new.
