Well, I am at the office and it is amazingly quiet. A couple agents were in earlier but now it's just me. This week alone, I know for a fact that several agents have some offers in negotiations, a couple just went under contract and I just got a call from a guy out of California. He plans on coming to our area next month for several days to find a home. So, for any agents going or have gone AWOL..you might want to "rethink" and realize that you can still be productive this time of year.
When the phones aren't ringing here a few things I am doing with my time:
- Turning on the Christmas music so I can keep a "festive attitude" while at the office

Sending out Christmas cards to clients, associates, business contacts, friends
- Cleaning out files and boxing up the ones we "have" to keep
- Updating contact information
- Blogging and reading Blog Posts
- When John Q. Public walks in the door, taking the time to "make an appearance" and personally wish them a "MERRY CHRISTMAS"
- Ordered and paid for lunch for office staff to let them know they are "special and appreciated"
Of course our office does a rotation on office duty so we do "have" to make our appearances but the point is there is STILL business that can be accomplished even if it is Christmas time!
