The great thing about this magazine is that you can do the 54 page or the few pages one and mailed out it is under $1.50. I use this for the people I haven't sold a home to. After that I send out a different magazine.
It is a way of controlling costs but so much better than a postcard or flyer. There is a place for everything but this combination is working for my budget and reflects my background in Interior Design.
This is not an ad to do it but a referral that is purely word of mouth. This is working well for us.
