Wow, It's cool to see the big guys have a little heart.

We manage rentals for Freddie, and they seem to understand people a little better these days.

THanks for the post.

I wish you luck

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

It is funny or perhaps sad that a gesture intended to be kind tends to evoke skepticism and anger in many.  I can't help but think it is the least they can do.  Thanks for sharing the info.

Merry Christmas to you too.

BJ,  It is a good sign and I don't believe we seen the last of them.

Mike,  Considering the unique and somewhat unexpected circumstances lenders and borrowers find themselves in the full range of emotions are explainable.  Perhaps lenders too believe it's the least they can do.

I'm sure the people who stood to be evicted appreciate this. Such a terrible position to be in.

I think this was a nice thing for the banks to do.  People don't need to be trying to find a place to go during the holidays.

Rich,  I agree.  As challenging as this is recovery happens.  How does the saying go? It's not what happens in your life, but how you handle it.

Matt,  You're right this is what the public what's to see. Goodwill towards EVERYONE.

Brian,  Exactly,  it may not change the outcome, but it allows a measure of peace at such and appropriate time of year.
