Broker another transaction again? How about Alpharetta Georgia?

Thursday morning I went to a 7:30 am networking/state of the industry breakfast. I was nice to see fellow colleagues and feel like I was up early and at work. The expert speaker was seasoned with over 25 years of commercial experience and most likely correct on everything he spoke about. However even with trying to find a positive outlook for the real estate market in 2010 we all left wondering if we would ever broker another transaction again.

Thursday afternoon after lunch I closed my office door and "pounded out targeted prospecting calls", for two hours. This coming Tuesday afternoon I have a listing appointment with a individual property owner in Alpharetta, Ga. to list two of his fourteen properties.

Next month I think I'll skip the moring networking meeting and hit the telephones in the morning and after lunch.

Anyone disagree?

I hardly attend morning functions because I am on the phones and I do the same at night during the week while people are home.
