Lisa - Moratoriums can only work for a limited time. At some point the banks will be forced to put their inventory on the market. Home values and sales will suffer from this problem for several more years.

When the free market takes control, prices will plummet and I believe we will head into a deep Depression.

We've been hearing a lot about this.  I know a lot of people waiting for this inventory, infact I'd know of a few places I know are in foreclosure, or have foreclosed that aren't listed yet.  I say get them on the market.
