I update my blog regularly on www.mystagedlife.com.  You can visit that or my website at www.stagedmakeovers.com.  I have been staging for realtors for over 15 years, even before anyone called it "staging."  Since I have a double major at the University of Akron for Interior Design and Fashion Merchandising, my real estate friends asked me to do walk-thru's with them to give interior design suggestions on how their properties could be redesigned to sell faster.  I've been doing it the same ever since.  Realtors love me, homeowners love me and homes that I stage do sell fast and for the highest market price.  Homeowners love the interior design advice that they can take with them to their new homes.  Some homeowners even use my service after they move to their new home to choose wall colors and make their "stuff" look a magazine shoot.  In the Northeast Ohio market interior designers charge between $150 - $300/hour.  Our service is only $75.00/hour for staging to sell or staging to stay.  When I complete a staging to sell most people remark, "If we only knew about you sooner we could have lived like this.  Now that it looks great we hate to leave!"  I've had one homeowner who decided to take their home off the market and stay because they loved the new look so much.
