  • single family residential closings in Williamson county increased by 62 percent and the median price decreased by 12 percent.
  • Condominiums closings have increased by 87 percent and the
    median price increased by 27 percent.
  •  The average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes in Williamson county have increased by 2 days and condominiums have increased by 38 days.

Thanks for sahring.  Sales should be up with as much ground that was lost in the average sales price in a year.  This seems to be happening in many places.

This is news! I saw these numbers come out and thought similar to what Ellen above said. Although we have not lost in value and price as much as many have and I am grateful for that!
