As I sit here after a glorious day where the sun was shining and the temperatures hovered in the 70s, I know why people come to Florida to buy second homes. A foot of snow has fallen up the eastern seaboard today and more is expected this evening. It's freezing cold and, while it looks beautiful today, it will be a mess tomorrow and the day after and make life difficult. Not to mention the shoveling...
Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Lake Worth are home to many Active Adult 55+ Baby Boomer Communities. They're close to the beach as well as close to all main arteries for traveling, houses of worship, shopping, restaurants and hospitals.
