This is a new listing coming up on Tuesday 12/22/09. This was purchased directly from bank and is being revamped by an experienced builder who will put this home in tip top condition. The original sale price with lot was over $300,000 and it's going to be offered at $179,900. This is a highly demanding property with 3 car garage, 1824 square feet, plus a 9' high ceiling in a full walk out basement with 4 windows and a sliding glass door leading to a private 101x252 lot, backing to woods. Located next to a cul-de-sac(dead-end). High ceilings, modern cabinets, large windows, split 3 bedroom ranch plan. I assume this house will receive multiple offers the day it comes on the market. A preapproval of mortgage is required and FHA is not available on this home at the present time (due to brand new FHA guidelines that make absolutely no sense).
