So you didn't make the list this year? What about next year? If this list is to high a goal to realistically attain in 2010 what list will you be on? I believe goals can't be reached unless you set them. It's a good practice to write your goals down. You may want to talk your goals over with a friend or a business associate to hold yourself more accountable. Envision yourself achieving those goals you set, imagine yourself, how you will feel, what you will do when your goals are achieved.
Such a great time of year for goal setting. Here's Forbes 400 Richest Americans 2009 list. If you're not on this list for 2009 maybe it's time for you to be on it in 2010. Remember more millionaires and billionaires were made by investing in real estate. There's never been a better time to invest in real estate.
You are ultimately responsible for your own doing. If you don't do it, no one will.
