Motivational Power Quote

Don't Lose What Might Be

"To try and fail is at least to learn.

To fail to try is to suffer the loss

Of what might have been."

Benjamin Franklin, American Statesmen

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don't lose what might be

Never fail to try.

When we try; make an unconditional commitment to succeed in your efforts and activities.

There will be times that the results will be not we planned on; but we tried and gave it our best and had a learning experience.

Failure doesn't come in the trying; true failure is result of the lack of effort and not trying. When we don't try we lose before we start.

When we try we discover what might be.

Lou, this is so true.  What is that saying "What would you attempt if you knew you would not fail?"

Gotta love Ben Franklin, he was a contrast, his early to bed early to rise statement is a testament. He was known for staying out until the wee hours of the morning, even in his later years, so his "early " in early to bed , could very well have meant early in the morining. Just some history
