Enjoy the wonders of nature at Greenwell State Park through games, crafts, stories, movement, and exploration. Nature Time is a program for young children and their families/caregivers.

This week's theme is "Ice and Snow, What do you Know?"

Winter 2009/2010 Schedule

Beginning in December, Nature Time moves to a winter schedule. Meetings will be held twice a month but on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The theme will be the same each month but there will be two different lessons. The details of each meeting will be provided via an e-mail reminder.

Hi Roy,

Thank you for stopping by!  We did get a bit of snow Friday & Saturday.....about 8 inches.  Many other areas in Southern Maryland picked up anywhere from 11 inches to 18 inches.  We were lucky in the Lusby/Solomons areas.  How much snow did you get in Montgomery County?  Happy Holidays to you too!  Looks like Marylanders will have a white Christmas this year!
