Showing Homes, Seven Days A Week!
Thinking out loud! Does it ever seem like there are not enough days in the week for Showing Homes? I know I think that way sometimes. I've wondered when I should be taking a break or expanding my business with more people, to assist in getting more free personal time. Showing Homes is a Realtors bread and butter and without such activity, we would fade away very quickly. We do this business for our enjoyment of real estate, working with people and of course, the money. I have been out Showing Homes for about 4 days straight, wrote one contract, had another contract accepted over ours, and now getting ready to write another contract tomorrow, on a Short Sale.
Without our love for the real estate business, the love of helping people and the gratification we realtors get from the excitement in a home buyers eyes, when they find that perfect home, we could never do this job!
