Starting the week off on the right foot is important. Some start each day with Yoga. Others with prayer. I like to start my day off with an early morning walk on the beach whenever I can. I can do Yoga or pray there as well. So here is a magnificent sunrise on the beach on Hutchinson Island, Florida. If you are stuck in the cold weather, it was actually only 45 degrees this morning, which is a far cry from the usual 70's and 80's.
