Palladini Village in Franklin Ma An Active Adult Community with Privacy

Palladini Village in Franklin, Ma. is an active adult community of 25 single family homes on common land. The interior of each home is custom designed and each homeowner has a unique floor plan. Our only requirement is that the design stay within the approved footprint.

The photo at the left shows a custom designed contemporary kitchen. The buyer meets with the cabinet maker and creates the kitchen including the selection of wood, granite counter top amenities within the kitchen.

Each of these custom ranch and cape style homes is a delight to create and it's amazing to see them being built. We are a unique concept in this area. Most of the adult communities offer townhomes that are not detached and the privacy factor is much less than at Palladini Village. Our prices start at $409,900 for a ranch style home.
