I think it's very important that I send these ~ Other than Sparrow and Jacobs what are the other top companies that make these??? It is not important to me that they mail them.. I have someone else for that.. but I really want them to look professional!!!

Thanks for you help!!!

Sandie, try this. I have used them in the past, now I have company provided ones, but always had great success with DC Marketing: http://www.dcmspec.com/

Have you ever thought of using a basic template and writing the content yourself?  You can't get more tailored to your clients and region than that.

Thanks for your responses ~

Marian, I have used a template from RE/MAX but by the time I use it I have alot of time invested that I just don't have.  But I feel that to not do mailings I would  not get the referrals I get!!!

REALTY TIMES provides both online and print versions. When I print the newsletter, I hand them out on the back page of my listing flyer.

Buffini and Company (Brian Buffini) provides newsletters that you can have customized with your name and logo, that you can send out to your database

Some companies like Old Republic  Home Protection have newsletters that you can also customize for you own use.

And title companies also have newsletters they encourage their clients to share.
