Real Estate homes sales by City, for the week ending 12/21/2009.
Sales have
been increasing since last year with the pending sales in King County,
Washington up 37.40% from 2008 for the month of November.
The good
news is that the average sales price was down only 7.67% from the same
time last
year. Inventories are also down 15.50% from November of last
year. We are starting to see a
few more foreclosures hit the market, but things still seem to be
picking up just a little.
