WE ADVERTISE YOUR HOME IN THE LOCAL MLS AND ON REALTOR.COM. When the home closes the seller agrees to pay us an additional 1/2 of 1% at closing to negotiate their contract (with as many buyers as it takes to sell the home) and schedule and oversee their closing. If the buyer is represented by an agent, whether they are a buyer agent from Choice Realty or another firm in the MLS, the seller agrees to pay a cooperative commission to the buyer's agent. That cooperative commission is set by the seller not us. If the seller sells the home themselves without having another agent involved, the seller can enjoy saving the cooperative commission... awesome, isn't it?

It's that simple! The seller will have a few very small duties to perform during the time the home is listed.
