Unless you have been living under a rock or more aptly a snow bank you would have heard about the monster storm that marauded its way up the East coast over the weekend. We here in Connecticut received greatly varied amounts of the white stuff. I happened to be one of the lucky ones. My town got only about 4 - 6 inches, the next town over, Middletown 12". Some areas got close to 2 feet!
Fresh fallen snow is beautiful. The air is still with a winter quiet that has settled over the land with the new snow. I snapped a couple photos from around my house. This is our second snow of the year. Quite unusal. Could be a lot more to come this winter.
