Here in California it is not a requirment to complete a Transfer Disclosure Statement for Vacant Land.  After years of experience in the sales of Vacant land there are indeed many things that need to be disclosed for the protection of the seller. I have created a Vacant Land Disclosure that has assisted Sellers and Buyers to understand the product in which they are selling or purchasing. I have to say this disclosure is a life saver.  I have questions regards to the Williamson Act Contract and water resources. It is amazing what you can learn about a property that is just land if you just now what questions to ask.  If you are Selling or Purchasing land and have some questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

1 Comments on Selling Vacant Land? You better disclose!

Ken and Linda, I see that you haven't posted this to any groups. I would like to invite you to post it on my group All Land. Your expertise is needed there.
