Power Plan worked for Powerhouse - It will work for you!

On January 5, 2010 we will start the "PowerPlan" with our Meetup Group in Johns Creek/Alpharetta/Duluth/Atlanta, GA area. What is PowerPlan? It's a great way to network with members of your group. When I was the leader/organizer of Powerhouse and Powerhouse International I invented this plan that worked great for our group. Here is how it works: Get your group together and have 5 people TEAM up together. In slow market, all 5 members agree to show or preview each others listings. This means activity for your sellers and many times it means an offer on your property. It works even better if each member brings a friend from their office and 2 people look at the listing together. Chances are: when you see it - you can sell it!
