I recently held an open house at 401 Via Almar. The turnout was pretty good since it was a nice day and soo many people were across the street at Rat Beach. This is a special single level home with about 3,300 sq ft on a fantastic roughly 26,000 sq/ft lot. From the Master Bedroom water view is awesome! And you can watch people on the beach from there all along the coast with the "Queens Necklace" view. The lot also has expansion possibilities and a pool with bar-be-que.
