Fullerton Bargain Homes - Feels like a "Gold Rush" - Offers abound!

Fullerton homes for sale that are at all close to bargain prices are reminding me of the gold rush days.  We call on a 3 bedroom Fullerton home (call listing agent) to get clarification on their requirement to use Bank of America as the qualifier for the loan, only to find that they have 14 offers in the first 7 days.  this is so frustrating for the buyers, -- we must bid the property up to get any chance at all.  What happened to listing at a market price and then selling at that pric?  - well supply and demand has stepped in - we have very few homes that are available, and almost none at the lower prices. 

My advice to buyers -- DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY -- hang in there, this too will pass.  I personally can not wait for the return of a normal Fullerton real estate market.
