Hi Renee, how are your REO's doing, inventory steady or slowing? My biz partner targeted a local credit union for business REO wise and it has been a huge mainstream of income for her in the last two years-might be something for you to check out in your area.

I have to join the gang on complimenting your charts, especially cool are those bar jobs. Normal solds barely break into the bar. Yikes.
