So let me know how this prime example of extreme exploitation of personal promotion works out. I have been known to do many types of advertising and am always on the look out for what's happening.

Herb:

I think it always helps to LOOK, ACT and SOUND as if you enjoy your career...I do. I think my new signs convey that.

Love it. Did you know that blues and greens are considered the most "approachable" colors? You look very accessible to me - and like someone competant and fun to work with. Great job!

Hi Jackie -- I think your signs are dynamite and you shoud be commended for coming up with them.  This is what I love about this site, the ability to share ideas with each other.  Good Luck Lady.  Aloha

Jackie - looks good!  I think in TN, like in GA, the brokerage info has to be the same size as the agent info on all marketing and advertising.

Jackie

The sign looks good, most people around here just use a head shot, How big is this sign. Please let us know how you make out with them!

The signs are 24x30, so it's  a good thing that I'm petite...LOL.  I had some riders made in the lime w/black lettering for pool, waterfront, etc.  I also have the image on disc, so I can use it for print advertising or mailings.

It's a new photo and not a "glamour shot", so I will be recognizable. I think that is very important, since so many people like to use photos that no longer resemble them.   I "redo" my marketing about every 3 years, but I always use a blue/green theme for consistency.  The new blog gave me a great reason to revamp it all.

Jackie, I think the sign is awesome! I just worry. With todays crime rate what it is you could be making yourself a target. Please be careful. My husband almost didn't let me put my pic on Active Rain! If you read about most attacks that happen to women you will find that long haired women are at higher risk. It makes it easier to grab the hair and hold on. Please carry some kind of weapon even if it's the siren that you hit a button on to scare anyone away. You look great and what an ego boost to see yourself all over town! Be careful. And, best of luck. Debra A Brooks

I am very self-aware of any situation where I might be at risk.  I have had self-defense courses and had someone try to strangle me many years ago on the French Riviera...I broke his nose and got away.  How unfortunate that we need to think about such things, but every woman should think about how to get out of a bad situation.

Great looking sign, but in Georgia it is the same as Alabama.  Our name cannot be larger than company name, nor can phone numbers etc.

We do not have rules like that in California. This sign would be perfectly legal here. But the company name does have to appear somewhere and a lot of agents seem to forget this point - esp on the web!

Jackie how is the campaign with this sign working out for you?

Mary:

The signs have been a big hit.  I have had a number of local agents recognize their uniqueness and ask who

designed them (me), etc.  I have always used blues and greens in my advertising.
