I just LOVE LOVE LOVE to see wonderful before and after pictures of a beautifully staged home. It is MIRACULOUS what a transformation can be achieved, and the difference it makes.

Julea is fabulous ! She's staged the model homes for Beechen & Dill Homes, Creekside Estates in Lockport. Andthe new homes are selling at Creekside Estates here in Lockport. Thanks Lyn, Northwest and Southwest suburbs things are happening!

Staging a home really makes a difference. I need for a stager to work on some of my vacant homes here. I think they would sell so much faster.

Kay, I think for vacant properties staging is even more important. Some people can't forsee their furniture as you know.

We don't have staging here, I have always thought it would help in a lot of cases but just hasn't caught on yet. BTW enjoyed the pictures great post.

Charles, it's now an established trend & I'm sure it will be in your area soon. It's a valuable tool that I wish more sellers would take advantage of. Just makes the house show in the best possible light.
