Christmas isn't wrapping paper, bright lights and Santa Claus.  It isn't about scurrying around to find presents at the last minute to tuck under the Christmas tree.  And it isn't about being disappointed when you don't get exactly what you want on Christmas morning.  Here is the real meaning of Christmas, as explained by Linus from "Peanuts".

I miss Charles Schultz, Kate.  We'll never have any new Peanuts to visit.  We'll just have to console ourselves with these old treasures.  I guess that'll have to be enough.

I wish the generation coming up right now, could appreciate the simplicity of a REAL cartoon but more especially understand what the ture meaning of the Season (CHRISTMAS) is all about.
