San Elijo Hills is an award-winning master planned community built atop the highest point in North Country San Diego, beginning around 2002. While a good portion of the community is fully developed and occupied, there are still 5 neighborhoods that are being developed, in various stages of completion. The Masterpiece Collection (37 homes), and the Symphony Collection (42 homes) will offer some of the most spectacular views in North San Diego Country (ocean, back country, panorama) for miles, with luxurious amenities in semi-custom homes. Homes for sale in the Symphony Collection will range in size from 4,393 to 5,098 SF with 4 bedrooms (plus den or casita) and an optional 5th bedroom and library in 1 of the 4 floor plans; homes will be priced starting in the $1.5 millions. The Masterpiece Collection will offer homes from 5,116 to 6,127 SF with 4 - 5 bedrooms (plus den in some plans) and an optional theatre room in the Michelangelo Plan; the Masterpiece collection will be priced beginning in the $1.9 millions and is expected to be close to $3 million for the few homes with the best ocean views. All homes are two story, offering gourmet kitchens, tranquil master suites, and the finest finishes. Model homes are in process and should be ready to tour by September 2007 (you can tour some homes under construction now on the weekends [hard hats are required]) with the first round of homes expected to be ready for occupancy in about 9 months.
