Interesting John. I'm surprised that the DOM isn't longer with that much supply. We have a slightly less supply but DOM is longer. I guess sellers here just hold out and hold out and hold out.

You know I am a LO so I don't see those numbers all of the time but the Avg days on the market seem reasonible. Do you know what the average is for the State? What about the Country?
