Here is a real TGIF...My Operations Manager has been on vacation this week.
Boy, do I miss her!
Sure, the workload has been a bit heavier than usual. That is OK, though. I'm happy to have the business (we appreciate each and everyone of our Realtor clients). Here is the thing, I miss her! I have said many times what a phenomenal group of people I am blessed to work with. I REALLY MEAN IT! I have never worked harder than those days that I sit next to Sandy Dennis and crank out those transactions, but I have never laughed harder either.
Now, I have a lot of nerve to complain, this is the first vacation she has taken in 2 years. I pretty much had to kick her out of the office and then restrict her internet access. We are all dedicated and committed and Sandy leads this charge. So, I hope she got the rest she needed and deserved. I hope she had a wonderful week with much relaxation. I hope she had plenty of fun and made some good memories. I hope she took lots of pictures to share with all of us.
I hope she comes back!!!! 
We need you Sandy. We couldn't do it without you! Now, order must be re-stored!
