I am Brian Mayer, your Southern Maryland Mortgage Lender

I was born and raised in Calvert County. I lived in Dunkirk, Solomons Island, Saint Leonard, and my family currently lives in Prince Frederick.

     My wife Valerie Willis-Mayer's family was given the land we currently live on by the King of England in the 1600's. Now that's roots!

I work in Prince Frederick MD as a Loan Officer for Envoy Mortgage a direct lender.

What makes me qualified to be YOUR Southern Maryland Lender?

     Because I have lived here my entire life, I know a lot of people who know a lot of people and if I don't know you, my wife definitely does! As a local lender, if I let people down it gets around fast. That's why the two pillars of my business are "Higher Standards" and "Working Harder than the next guy."

     These ideas are ingrained in the people here. Overachievers who appreciate hard work and driving long distances to work so their families can live is safe neighborhoods and have a yard to play in. We are people who enjoy the beauty of the country and the many treasured bodies of water surrounding us. We have higher standards for our children's education and take pride in where we live.

I will answer your calls, meet you in person when its convenient for you, and be accountable for my actions.      I have access to all the popular programs as a direct lender - FHA, Rural Development, VA, Conventional, New Construction etc. I work weekends, answer my phone after hours, and will absolutely go out of my way to ensure your clients know what a smooth transaction from a great team is like.
