The home is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with ocean views on a double beach front lot. It is interesting to note the the luxury home market has been colapsing and that has caused a sever drop in prices.
This is the second highest priced home in Orange County the most expensive is at 401 Avocado Ave., Corona del Mar.
