Only 1 more hour long Webinar, and I'll have my national SFR designation! It's a total of 8 hours plus 3 Webinars, and then you can submit your application for The NAR short sale designation. I've taken several short sale training courses, but this is the best yet! It's excellent training! Even for an experienced agent like me, I learned some things! I recommend you take the training; and if you do that, you might as well apply for the designation. Check out www.realtorsfr.org. Not all real estate agents want to work on short sales; but if you are going to anyway, you'll want to take advantage of this opportunity.

Personally, I think there are too many NAR designations that do not require sales to back up the claim of knowledge and experience.

If you thought those courses were good on Short Sales you should get your CDPE it was great and in my class we talked with actual negociators from Bank Of America and Chase which really helped me to get inside the banks head and hopefully move my short sales through a little quicker.
